General

· Keep same team size

· Try other options to increase accountability within teams

o Increase impact of team ratings

· Better balance of praise and constructive criticism

· Lab: Keep evening lab hours, make lab hours consistent, rearrange / remove tables, institute dress code for safety

Project definition

· Team's research the "need" and make proposals of projects / business opportunities to meet the need

· Faculty evaluate proposals (with strong emphasis on feasibility) and select a common project

· Teams do a complete system design

· Some prototype components will be made available, but no full systems to build from
