• C1(P1) = 0.01 + 2P1 + 100 (in $/h) 25 MW £ P1 £ 150 MW

• C2(P2) = 0.004 + 2.6P2 + 80 (in $/h) 30 MW £ P2 £ 200 MW

• What is the most economic way to operate the units if the load is 125 MW?
