Class Assignment: Chapter 2
Prepare (for tomorrow’s class) a thirty-minute PowerPoint presentation* which answers the following questions:
1. What is TNB's mission and corporate strategy? (Be sure to cite the source of your answer to this question.)
2. Describe the business strategy of several TNB SBUs and how these strategies support TNB's mission and corporate strategy.
3. Using the schematic in Slide 18 of this presentation as a guide, describe (by way of specific examples) the external factors that are most relevant to TNB.
* This exercise should be managed so that each group is responsible for a portion of the presentation.
