Let the phasors represent cosinusoids so that the current source’s phasor current is 3/30° A.

Then the voltage source’s phasor voltage is 10/-90° V.

The capacitor’s impedance is -j{1/[(3 Rad./sec.)(1/9 F)]} = -j3 W
